Our service and fee structure are designed to enable you to select a partial service – whether you would prefer to simply have some sketches carried out to explore the options, or whether you would like to appoint an architect to submit a planning application, we would be happy to help.

You can choose the Full Architectural Service which includes the following;

• Brief taking and confirmation of key requirements and constraints.
• Design and layout proposals and developoment of proposals.
• Planning applications
• Building Control applications
• Production Information (detailed drawings and tender package preparation)
• Tendering to vetted contractors, analysing the tenders and advising you on the most suitable procurement method.
• On site Contract administration.

Additional services offered include the following;

• Model Making
• Hard landscape design
• Interior Design (usually part of the above package)
• Built-in Furniture Design

fees:
Architects fees are generally based at either an hourly rate or a percentage of the construction cost. Either way we will give as close an estimate as possible of the fees involved at the time of appointment. As we aim to make well designed spaces and the use of architects services accessible, our rates are reasonable and competitive for a qualitative, personal and professional service.
