When we first viewed the property, the ground floor side extension was low and dark, the rear extension was too bright, too hot and too cold in different seasons, one of the loft rooms was difficult to use, with a large chimney breast taking up most of the centre of the room, and badly organised first floor bedrooms.    The actual areas of extension were nominal - it was predominantly about intelligent reorganisation of the spaces and getting the proportions of rooms right as well as controlling how the light came in. The follow up visit to see our project turn back into our clients' home is a joy and very much the reward we seek for our work.
