This house started off with 'good bones':  for us, this means, quite a solid original build, beautiful proportions and ceiling heights and in a bit of mess with rabbit warren extensions and leaky old conservatories that are too hot/too cold.   In adding two bedrooms, extending the kitchen and dining and introducing a new staircase to the first floor bedroom, this home was transformed from dereliction to delectable. The journey is through the initial design stages, the planning application and appropriate consents, the detailed design and construction drawings to running the project on site with our clients was an absolute pleasure.
